Cancelling with your current provider to move to Vodafone
For Superfast Broadband customers:
- We’ll contact your current provider, manage the switch for you and let you know your activation date
- However, if you’re a Virgin Media customer, you’ll need to let them know you’re leaving.
For Gigafast Broadband customers:
- If you’re bringing your existing landline phone number, then we can sort everything out for you
- If you’re not bringing your existing landline phone number, then you’ll need to cancel your existing service directly with your provider
