What if my connection speed is lower than the Ultimate Broadband Guarantee?

If your connection (sync) speed is lower than our Superfast 1 minimum speed (25Mbps) or our Superfast 2 minimum speed (55Mbps) after the first 10 days, download the Vodafone Broadband app and pair it with your router.

 

The app will double check:

 

  • That you’re on an eligible plan purchased after 1 March 2018
  • That your line has been active for at least 10 days
  • That your sync speed is below the Ultimate Broadband Guarantee for your package

 

If your service meets all these criteria, then the app will show you the redemption button in the Info and support section, just under the sync speed value. Press the button and we’ll do the rest.

 

The credit amount will not be pro-rated, and you’ll get 15% off the monthly cost of your broadband package. The discount does not apply to phone line rental or call charges. Any credit will apply to your next bill and will last until your sync speed increases, or you change the package that you’re on.
