How do I claim money off with the Ultimate Speed Guarantee?

To qualify, you must have an eligible plan purchased after 1 March 2018 with a connection active for at least 10 days. Your connection (access line) speed must have been checked in the Vodafone Broadband app and it should be lower than our minimum guaranteed speeds (25Mbps or lower for our Superfast 1 38Mbps packages, or 55Mbs or lower for our Superfast 2 76Mbps packages). If this is the case then you can claim for a discount.

If your service meets all the above criteria then the app will show you the redemption button in the section, just under the sync speed value. Press the button and we’ll do the rest.

The credit amount will not be pro-rated and you’ll get 15% of the monthly subscription cost of your broadband package. The discount does not apply to phone line rental or call charges. Any credit will apply to your next bill and will last until your sync speed increases, or you change the package that you are on.
