If I can’t see the lights on my Vodafone Broadband router, does that mean there’s a problem with my connection?

If you can’t see the lights on your Vodafone Broadband router, that doesn’t necessarily mean there’s a problem. 

You should see one continuous red light at the bottom of your router to show that it’s on and connected, unless you’ve decided to turn this off in the Vodafone Broadband app or the online portal.

All other lights are turned off by default. If you hold your hand above the router for a few seconds, the lights will turn on.
