I can’t connect to the internet and the internet light flashes red or is off. What can I do?

Check the cables are connected properly and then restart your Vodafone Broadband router using the reset button or power switch. Your router should then connect to the internet. This should take no more than five minutes, and happen every time you turn the router on. 
 
If you still can’t get online, you should check the cable from the router to your phone socket as shown in the Simple setup guide that came with your router.
