Smart Divert allows you to divert calls from your landline to almost any UK number (including mobiles and 0800 numbers) and most international numbers for a monthly charge. You can set up Smart Divert from your own phone or another one.
You only pay for the diverted part of the call and for accessing the service remotely. This is charged at our standard call rates. For full details, check our price plan guide [PDF: 520KB].
When using the service remotely, you’ll be issued with a PIN. This is to prevent unauthorised usage and to keep the service secure. You can check this in your online account in Your Smart Divert PIN.
