Can I use Call Divert and Smart Divert at the same time on my Business Phone Service?

No – only Call Divert or Smart Divert can be used at any one time. If one is active, the other won’t be. There’s a monthly charge for both of these call management features - please see the price plan guide  [PDF: 520KB] for details.

You’ll need to get in touch to change from one service to the other.
