First, see if your business landline phone’s ringer switch (if it has one) is on – and check that the volume is turned up.
You should also check for a dial tone or try calling the business landline phone number from a mobile device.
You can find out if your phone is faulty by trying another one in the same socket, and it’s also worth checking to see if you have Call divert switched on.
