Priority Fault Repair – this gives priority to house-bound customers who need an urgent repair to their business landline service

Third Party Bill Management/Notification – as you depend on your business landline, you can get extra support by nominating someone to deal with phone bills for you

Different formats – we can provide literature and information in large print, Braille or audio formats for customers with restricted vision or hearing
