What does the red shield symbol on Secure Net for Enterprise mean?

If you see the red shield symbol, it means that Secure Net for Enterprise is active and working as it should.

If the symbol isn’t showing when you’re using our mobile network, there may be a problem and Secure Net may not be scanning for viruses and malware. If this happens, please call us on 191, free from your Vodafone mobile, or speak to your Prime Contact.

Please note that the red shield won’t show if you are using Wi-Fi, a VPN or an https (encrypted) website to browse online.
