How do I manage the spending limit on my Enterprise account?

We’ll ask you to set up a spending limit at the point you join us or upgrade your plan. 

If you don’t do this right away don’t worry – you can set up or change your spending limit whenever you want. 

Remember, only the account administrator or an authorised user will be able to set up or change spending limits. 

The easiest way to set up or change your Enterprise Spend Manager limit depends on your business account type. 

Small business (1-9 employees)

If you have access to the My Vodafone app, you can use it to manage your spending limit. 

From the homescreen: 

  1. Tap the Data tile
  2. This will take you to the Usage tab
  3. From there, choose the Extras tab 
  4. From Extras, bars and caps, choose Spend manager 

If you don’t have the app, you can give us a call or manage your spending limit online   

Medium-sized business (10-49 employees)

To manage your spending limit, either contact your Account Manager or give us a call. 

Large business (50+ employees)

To manage your spending limit, either contact your Account Manager or – if you have access – log in to Vodafone Corporate Online (VCO) 

Public sector

To manage your spending limit, either contact your Account Manager or – if you have access – log in to Vodafone Corporate Online (VCO) 

Once you’ve set up or changed your spending limit, we’ll text you to confirm it’s active. 

This usually takes around 5 minutes, but can sometimes take up to 24 hours.
