How do I set up my spending limit?

You'll be asked to set up your spending limit each time you buy or upgrade to a new plan. Don't worry if you chose not to at the time, you can always change your limit.

Customer’s account administrator [or other authorised user] will be the only person able to set and/or make changes to the Usage Limit for each Connection.

You can manage your spend limit online, in the My Vodafone app if available, in store, by calling 191(free from your Vodafone mobile) or speaking to your account manager. 

The easiest way to change their limit is through self-serve, by speaking to their account manager (if they have one), or they can ask an adviser to change it over the phone or in-store.

Small Business

The easiest way to change or remove your spend limit is in the My Vodafone app If available. Simply select Products and Services in the App Menu. , You can also change your limit by logging into your My Vodafone account call 191 or visiting us In store. 

Medium-sized business with 10-49 employees Pay Monthly Plans

By calling 191(free from your Vodafone mobile) or speaking to your account manager.

Once you have set up or changed your spending limit, we'll send you a text confirming that it's now active and in place at the level you have chosen. This should usually place within 5 minutes but could take up to 24 hours.

Your current Vodafone Enterprise Spend Manager limit of £100 will be removed at the end of this billing month, 01/11/2018. If you already sent a request to change your limit, we’ll be in touch soon.

OPT OUT for Month

Hello. Just so you know, we have received a request to remove your Vodafone Enterprise Spend Manager limit for the remainder of this current billing month. This means that you will have no spend limit in place.  At the start of the next billing month, 01/11/2018. your Vodafone Enterprise Spend Manager will be reactivated with your current Vodafone Enterprise Spend Manager value of £100.
