Can calls be put in a queue if a Vodafone One Net number’s busy?

Vodafone One Net Anywhere (formerly One Net Express) users can use call queuing.

When you activate queuing you can put up to 20 incoming calls into a queue when a One Net Anywhere number is busy. You can choose from two options:

  • Setting a time that a call stays in the queue before it’s redirected to voicemail or another number you’ve selected. The times you can choose go up in 1-minute intervals from 1 to 60 minutes.
  • Choosing a time interval between answered calls (sometimes called ‘wrap-up time.’) This gives users time to finish the last call and prepare for the next one. The time intervals available are 5, 10, 15, 30, 45 and 60 seconds.

You can only use queuing on company numbers. You’ll need to contact us to activate it.
