Why has my billing date changed now that I’m on One Net?

If you’ve moved from a standard Vodafone account to a Vodafone One Net Anywhere (formerly One Net Express) account, you’ll have moved to ’Calendar billing’. This means we’ll now bill you from the first to the last day of each month – so your bills may be produced on a different date. 

From then on we’ll bill you for line rental one month in advance, and one month in arrears for call charges. 

For example, here’s how we’d compile a bill for May:

  • Line rental: 1 May – 31 May
  • Call charges: 1 April – 30 April
