What are Inclusive Damage Insurance and Vodafone Rapid?

Inclusive Damage Insurance comes with your Vodafone mobile when you take up a Business Extra, Premier or Black solution. It covers you against accidental, water and liquid damage, and breakdown outside of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Subject to availability, you can upgrade your policy to include Theft and Loss for an additional £4 a month. Just call us on 0333 304 3346 (standard call charges apply).

With Vodafone Rapid, we aim to replace your insured device within 4 hours, if your claim is accepted before the daily cut-off time:

  • Monday–Friday – 4pm
  • Saturday – 2pm
  • Bank Holidays – 2pm

Please note, the Rapid service isn’t available on Sundays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. If you’ve missed the daily claim cut off time find out about your next possible delivery

Please also note that replacements may be from refurbished stock and can only be delivered to a UK address. A small number of locations aren’t eligible for 4-hour delivery. The Rapid delivery service isn’t available for tablets.
