How do I make a claim for Inclusive Damage Insurance or the Rapid Service?

If you need to make a claim, you should tell us as soon as possible after becoming aware of the damage or breakdown by calling 0333 304 3346. Standard call charges apply.

For each successful damage, theft or loss claim, an excess payment of £50 is applicable on your policy. 

To benefit from a 4-hour replacement phone with Vodafone Rapid, you’ll need to make a claim before the daily cut off times:

  • Monday to Friday – 4pm
  • Saturday – 2pm
  • Bank Holidays – 2pm

Please note, the Rapid service isn’t available on Sundays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. If you’ve missed the daily claim cut off time find out about your next possible delivery

Please also note that replacements may be from refurbished stock and can only be delivered to a UK address. A small number of locations aren’t eligible for 4-hour delivery. The Rapid delivery service isn’t available for tablets.
