When your insurance claim is approved, we will endeavour to get your device to you within the 4-hour period.
In the event that we are unable to do so due to circumstances beyond our control, our service desk agent will keep you informed of progress and the estimated delivery time. We’ll credit your account £10 for every hour beyond the 4 hours, up to a maximum of £40. See our terms and conditions for more details.
