How do I cancel my Insurance and Rapid Delivery service?

Damage Insurance and Vodafone Rapid come as part of your plan, so you’re unable to cancel or opt out of this service. 

However, you have the right to cancel any mobile solution that includes the insurance benefit within 30 days from the day you are informed that it was added to your account.  

If you wish to cancel within this cooling-off period, you’ll need to call us on 191 free from a Vodafone mobile, or 03333 040 191 from any UK landline or mobile (standard call charges apply).
