What happens to my Prime Video membership when the 12/ 24 month promotional period ends, but I continue my Vodafone plan?

Your membership continues uninterrupted, as you are auto-enrolled into a monthly payment plan of the standard £5.99 pricing with Vodafone, to be paid as part of your wireless bill. You can also cancel this membership at the end of your Entertainment Plan period with Vodafone should you wish to discontinue the service and not be billed.

If you upgrade to a plan that still includes an entertainment pack, you’ll be able to pick the entertainment content you’d like again, on us. You’ll receive a text with a link within 24 to 48 hours of upgrading in order to sign up. If you didn’t receive the link or deleted the text by mistake, you can also text Entertainment to 97613 to get the link.

If your new plan doesn’t include an entertainment pack, or if you take an early upgrade that isn’t eligible, Amazon Prime Video will no longer be included in your plan. Customers may then sign up directly with Amazon to reinstate their subscription.
