How do I cancel my NOW TV Entertainment Pass?

Pay monthly

You’ll receive three text messages including a link to cancel your NOW TV Entertainment Pass at 30 days, ten days and one day before your Red Entertainment plan ends.

Upon cancelling, you’ll also receive a text confirming your inclusive entertainment pack has ended. However, you can still access NOW TV content right up to your Red Entertainment plan’s end date.

Want to cancel your subscription earlier, or can’t find the texts we sent you?

If you’re a Pay monthly customer on a 24-month contract, you can:

  • Cancel your NOW TV Entertainment Pass on the official NOW TV site, or
  • Opt out of auto-payments in the settings of your NOW TV account

Please note: If you don’t cancel your subscription before your 24-month Red Entertainment plan ends, you’ll automatically begin a rolling contract with NOW TV − charged at £7.99 a month.

SIM only
If you’re a SIM only customer on a 12-month contract, your NOW TV Entertainment Pass will automatically stop at the end of your contract. There’s no need to cancel it online. You’ll still receive three countdown text messages at 30 days, ten days and one day before your inclusive entertainment pack expires.

Don’t want your NOW TV Entertainment Pass to end? Just renew or upgrade your contract with another Red Entertainment plan.
