If I already have an inclusive subscription to Netflix through Vodafone, how will I be charged in future?

Pay monthly phone and SIM only customers

If you used to have a Netflix subscription as an inclusive entertainment option, you’ll be charged for it on Vodafone Charge to Bill

This charge will be added to your Vodafone bill until you upgrade or cancel your Vodafone plan, or cancel the Charge to Bill payment. You can manage or cancel your Vodafone Charge to Bill subscriptions in your Vodafone account

If you were an existing Netflix customer when you activated Netflix as inclusive entertainment, your billing will revert to your original payment method with Netflix. Log into your Netflix account to manage your payment method.

Vodafone Broadband customers

If you were an existing Netflix customer when you signed up as a part of our Broadband and Home Phone Bundle offer, your original Netflix billing method will resume when the six-month subscription ends.

To opt out or check your payment details, visit your Netflix account

If you were a new Netflix customer when you redeemed your voucher and want to continue using the service, you’ll need to add your payment details to your Netflix account. Otherwise, your Netflix service will end after you’ve used up your subscription.
