What happens if I don’t have enough credit when you try to take my Big Value Bundle payment?

We’ll send you a text message to say your payment hasn’t gone through. You’ll then have seven days to top up with enough credit. As soon as you top up, we’ll renew your Big Value Bundle for you and send you a text to confirm it.

If by the end of seven days you still don’t have enough credit, you’ll be opted out of your Big Value Bundle and your automatic renewal will stop. You can stop your Big Value Bundle from renewing automatically by calling 2345 free from your Vodafone mobile.
