What happens if I don’t have enough credit when you try to take my Big Value Bundle payment?

We’ll send you a text message to let you know your Big Value Bundle renewal hasn’t gone through. Just top up within the next seven days to automatically renew your Big Value Bundle. If you don’t top up within seven days, you’ll be opted out of your Big Value Bundle.

You can opt back in to your Big Value Bundle at any time. 

Please note: you won’t be eligible for Total Rollover and will lose any unused allowances if you don’t have enough credit at the end of your 30 days.
