What happens if I don’t have enough credit when you try to take my Big Value Bundle payment?

We’ll send you a text message to let you know your payment hasn’t gone through. Just top-up within the next seven days to automatically renew your Big Value Bundle. If you don’t top-up within seven days, you’ll be opted out of your Big Value Bundle.

You can opt back in to your Big Value Bundle at any time by logging in to My Vodafone or by calling 2345 free from your Vodafone mobile.
