There are several reasons why you may be having problems with your Rewards code:
You’ve already registered or used the code
A Rewards code on Pay as you go is unique to your mobile number and can only be used once.
The new code hasn’t been accepted
If you’ve just received the code and it’s the first time you’ve tried to redeem it and are having issues, get in touch using our Live Chat service.
The code has expired
You have 30 days to use your Rewards code from the date and time you receive it. If it expires, you’ll have to top up again to get another code.
Have you lost or forgotten your code?
If you’ve lost or forgotten your code, simply text LOST to 27822, free from your Pay as you go mobile.
