If you move house or change your Sure Signal’s location, you’ll need to update the postcode it’s registered to. This is important to let emergency services pinpoint the location if anyone makes a 999 call using it.
You can update your postcode with the following steps:
- Log into My Vodafone
- Choose your number and click on Manage services. Then click on Sure Signal and choose the device you want to change
- Choose Manage Sure Signal, then Change postcode location
- Sure Signal should be up and running again one hour, but in rare cases it may take up to 24 hours. If it’s still not working after 24 hours, you’ll need to reset it
