What happens to my Marketplace account if the Company Administrator leaves?

If the Company Administrator leaves your organisation, is unavailable to fulfil the role or hasn’t validated their User account, you can request that another User is assigned the Company Administrator role instead. 

To make this request, you can contact us using the button on the Marketplace home page, or by sending an email to Vodafone-marketplace-help@vodafone.com

Please note: There may be additional security checks before Vodafone makes any changes to your account.
