How do I add or remove a Vodafone Pass?

Adding a Pass

You can add and remove Vodafone Passes by logging into your My Vodafone account or in the My Vodafone App

In My Vodafone, you’ll find Vodafone Passes under Managed Services.

In the My Vodafone App you’ll find them in the menu, under Offers and Extras.

You can add and remove Vodafone Passes at any time. Passes can take up to 48 hours to update on your SIM after you’ve added them. If you'd like to start enjoying your Pass straight away, simply restart your device.

Please note:If you add an individual Pass midway through the billing month, you’ll be charged for the full month. If you add a Combo Pass mid-month and already had any individual Passes, you’ll be refunded the cost of those individual Passes as the Combo Pass now covers you for the apps included in them.

Removing a Pass

If you cancel a Pass, this can take up to 48 hours to update on your SIM. During this time, you may not be able to access the apps and websites previously covered by your Pass.
