Removing a Pass
To remove, simply log in to your My Vodafone account online and remove any Passes from there. Or use the My Vodafone app as follows: My Products and Services > Vodafone Passes > Toggle off Passes you want to remove.
As Vodafone Passes are no longer available, cancelling one of your Passes will mean it is permanently removed.
If you cancel a Pass, it can take up to 48 hours to update this decision on your SIM. During this time you may not be able to access the apps and websites previously covered by your Pass, even if your account tells you it’s still active.
