Secure Net is only available to Vodafone customers. It only works when you’re connected to our mobile network and not when connected to Wi-Fi, even if you have Vodafone Home Broadband.
To activate it, go to the Secure Net portal and follow a few simple steps. Once we’ve activated your Secure Net, we’ll send you a text message straight away to confirm it’s been set up.
When Secure Net is active, you’ll clearly see the shield icon while browsing the web over a Vodafone mobile connection. This icon is designed to show at a glance that you’re protected, giving you peace of mind that your connection is secure from harmful websites and viruses.
You can tap on the icon at any time to view or change your Secure Net settings. If you add your family members’ numbers under your Secure Net settings page, you can also control their security features from your phone.
