The main reason for a website to be blocked by Secure Net is if it appears to contain harmful or malicious content. When content of this kind is blocked, we’ll send a text message which will direct to a warning page. There you can choose whether you wish to continue to the website.
However, if your number is controlled by someone else, such as a parent or other family member, then you may have the Family Time feature active for your number. This will block your mobile data access at certain, set times. You can see if Family Time is active on your Secure Net portal
If Family Time isn’t active, it may be that certain categories of website have been blocked on your account. You’ll need to speak to the person controlling your settings if you want to gain access to certain types of website, or for them to make exceptions for specific sites or apps.
