Why is my bill different each month?

Your monthly bill should be consistent unless you make calls that aren’t included in your plan, change your plan or add any extras.
 
There are only three types of charge that can make up your bill: 
  1. Your monthly package charge. This covers the core services you get with Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone, along with any extras you have (such as Anytime landline and 0870 calls, or 300 minutes to UK mobiles)
     
  2. Calls you make that aren’t included in your package
     
  3. One-off charges added to your bill, such as engineer appointments
If you notice anything different on your bill which you’re not sure about, call us on 08080 034515. Calls are free from landlines and Vodafone mobiles, and charged at your operator’s standard rate from other mobiles.
