There’s a chance that your phone may be faulty. To check, just unplug it from the socket and try using a different phone. You can check any extension sockets in the same way.
It’s also possible that we may have set your phone to receive incoming calls only (usually because of a late payment). You can find out if this is the case by calling us on 08080 034515. Calls are free from landlines and Vodafone mobiles, and charged at your operator’s standard rate from other mobiles.
