How do I set up my Vodafone Voice ID?

Over the coming months, we’ll be inviting customers to enrol onto the service when they call us. If the offer is made to you when you call, a member of our customer service team will help you to get set-up in no time.

You’ll need your 4-digit PIN ready for us to verify that it’s you, and to be in a location with no background noise so that we can make a clear recording (because of the background noise, you can’t set up Voice ID in any of our stores).

It costs nothing to use Voice ID, and once it’s set up, you can use it every time you call us in future. And if you have more than one Vodafone account, you can use the same voiceprint on any account you’re named on. 

Please note: you need to be over 18 to use this service, because before this age a person’s voice changes too much for us to accurately verify it.
