Voice ID uses biometric voice-recognition technology to let you use your voice as your password, and get access to your account information whenever you call us.
We capture a sample of your voice from a live call and compare it to a pre-saved voiceprint. If your new sample matches your voiceprint, your access is authenticated – no more need to remember passwords, PINs or memorable words.
Voice ID is:
- Simpler and faster to use than PINs or passwords
- Less susceptible to fraud threats compared to more traditional methods
- If you have more than one account, you can use the same voice sample
