Voice ID uses biometric voice-recognition technology to let you use your voice as your password for access to your account information whenever you call us. We capture a sample of your voice from a live call and compare it to a pre-saved voiceprint.
This means that whenever you call us, a new voice sample is captured and compared to your stored voiceprint. If your new sample matches your voiceprint, your access is authenticated with your voice alone – no more need to remember passwords, PINs or memorable words.
