The following can impact our ability to verify your voice:

  • Too much background noise
  • Talking too quickly
  • Poor mobile signal

We recommend ensuring you’re in a quiet location with a good signal and that you speak clearly. If we are unable to match your Voice ID, we may ask you to:

  • Repeat the phrase ‘my voice is my password’
  • Provide your 4-digit account PIN
  • Provide answers to additional security questions
