Why was I asked to repeat ‘my voice is my password’ more than once when using Voice ID?

There’s no need to worry if you’re asked to repeat this phrase when using Voice ID. 

This can happen occasionally for us to be sure that it's you. Our technology may not always be able to confidently recognise your voice on the first attempt if, for example, there’s a lot of background noise, poor mobile signal or if you talk a bit too quickly.

To ensure that your Voice ID works each time, it’s best to make sure you’re in a quiet location with a good signal, and that you speak clearly.
