What happens to my Extras and discounts when I upgrade?

Extras will generally be applied automatically, unless they’re incompatible with your new plan – for instance, if your new plan has unlimited minutes, we’d turn off your Extra Minutes if you’d opted in for those. (All Pay as you go Extras will be cancelled if you upgrade to Pay monthly.) You can still add compatible Extras to your new plan, and discover deals and recommendations tailored for you, by logging in to My Vodafone

If you’re a Vodafone Advantage customer, you’ll need to re-apply for your discount. The same applies if you have a student discount. If you need any help, you can start a Live Chat at any time or pop into your nearest store
