Why hasn’t my Pay as you go Plus plan Auto-Renewed?

If your Pay as you go Plus plan hasn’t Auto-Renewed, there are a couple of things you can try.  

Make sure Auto-Renew is switched on 
To turn on Auto-Renew:   

  • Head to the My Vodafone app 
  • Choose Manage plan from your dashboard 
  • Switch on the toggle for Auto-Renew  

If the toggle isn’t switched on, your plan won’t automatically renew each month and will stop at the end of your last month.  If your plan has stopped, you can add a new plan in the My Vodafone app 

Make sure you’ve registered a valid payment card 
Without a registered payment card, your plan can’t Auto-Renew each month. It’s easy to register a card – open your dashboard in the My Vodafone app, then choose Payments from the navigation at the bottom.
