To set up MFA, follow these steps:
- Log in to OnePortal with your Vodafone username and password.
- Once logged in, you’ll be asked to confirm your email to receive a one-time access code (OTAC) every time you log in. You’ll be able to skip setting up MFA a limited number of times before it becomes mandatory.
- If you have any issues with setting up MFA, contact your service desk.
