My devices can’t connect to my Vodafone Hub through WiFi

Make sure you are using the correct WiFi password on your devices. You can change your WiFi password through the Vodafone Broadband portal or the Vodafone Broadband app 

If one or more of your devices can’t connect to your Ultra Hub or Power Hub, try turning on compatibility mode in the Broadband app or Web GUI.
