What's a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC)?

A Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) lets you keep your mobile number when you move to a different provider.

If you’re joining Vodafone, you’ll need to ask your old mobile provider for a PAC.

As this is only valid for 30 days after the date it’s issued, you’ll need to give it to us within this time. If you don’t, you’ll have to request another one.

How do I get my PAC?

You’ll need to call your existing provider to request your PAC. Here are some helpful numbers:

 O2 0344 809 0202 or 4445
giffgaff Log in to request a PAC
 EE(including T-Mobile and Orange) Call 150 from your mobile or 07953 966 250
Three Call 333 from your mobile or 0333 300 3333
Virgin Mobile Call 789 from your mobile or 0845 6000 789
