A Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) lets you keep your mobile number when you move to a different provider.
If you’re joining Vodafone, you’ll need to ask your old mobile provider for a PAC.
As this is only valid for 30 days after the date it’s issued, you’ll need to give it to us within this time. If you don’t, you’ll have to request another one.
How do I get my PAC?
You’ll need to call your existing provider to request your PAC. Here are some helpful numbers:
