How do I get a replacement SIM?

Once you receive your new SIM, you'll need to activate it.

You can also get a replacement SIM at any of our stores - remember to take valid photo ID with you.

Business customers

If you’re a large business customer with a Vodafone Corporate Online (VCO) account, you can use this to order replacement SIM cards.

If you don't have a VCO account, please speak to your account manager.
