How do I get a replacement SIM?

If you need a new SIM because your old one has been lost, stolen or damaged, you can pick one up in store (only available upon presentation of a valid photo ID), or order one by speaking to an adviser on Live Chat.

If you’ve upgraded to a new phone, we’ll send you a new SIM in case you need a different size to your old one. However, you may already have one of our Multi-SIMs – if so, you may be able to “pop out” the smaller size or use a SIM adapter to make it fit a bigger slot.

Once you have your new SIM, you’ll need to complete our SIM swap form to activate it.
