    Sorry, if we can't send you a confirmation code then you won't be able to start your eSIM journey.

    This means if your device has been lost or stolen, we can't swap you to an eSIM immediately.

    Chat to an adviser, and they'll send you a new physical SIM. Once this is activated, you can use it to receive your confirmation code, then swap over to eSIM.
