Change which details are shown in the My Vodafone app
If you're using a Dual SIM phone and both SIM cards are from Vodafone, you can change which SIM details are shown in the My Vodafone app
The SIM that's shown in the app is the SIM you’re using to connect to Vodafone. To change this, follow our device guides to change the SIM you access our network with
The My Vodafone app will reset and you should see the updated details.
If it doesn't suggest a reset automatically, go to Settings > App Settings > Reset the app
Device tips for Dual SIM and 5G:
- Apple iPhone 12 customers using two lines in Dual SIM mode may find 5G data isn't supported on either line. In this case, your device will default to 4G instead. Please check Apple’s support pages for related updates
- Xiaomi Mi 10T customers using Dual SIM may also find 5G data isn't supported on either line. If this is the case, your device will default to 4G instead. If you’ve got a dual SIM, your device will take you through the next steps.
