How do I use Call Divert on my business phone?

Call Divert allows you to divert your calls to another number, including your mobile.

If you're on a premium business plan, Smart Divert is available instead.

Turn it on

To divert calls from your landline, type the code followed by the number you want to forward the calls to:

  • *21* – diverts all calls immediately to your chosen number
  • *61* – diverts calls not answered within 15 seconds
  • *67* – diverts calls only when you're on another call

For example, if you want to divert all calls to your mobile number 07123 456789, you'd use *21*07123456789

Turn it off

To turn off a specific call divert, type in the code:

  • #21# – turn off diverted calls to a chosen number
  • #61# – turn off diverted calls not answered within 15 seconds
  • #67# – turn off diverted calls when you're on another call

Check which options are on

To check which Call Divert option is on or off, type in the code:

  • *#21# – divert calls to a chosen number
  • *#61# – divert calls not answered within 15 seconds
  • *#67# – divert calls only when you're on another call
