Here’s how you can reach the Prime Contact team:
• Go to our Prime Contact Portal and start a Live Chat
• Call 191 free from your Vodafone mobile. An automated voice will give you some options – choose option 1, then option 3.
If your question isn’t urgent, you can choose to wait for one of the Prime Contact team to call you back.
If you’re new to the Prime Contact service: A member of the Prime Contact team will call you within 5 working days of you taking up the service. They’ll complete an account health check and capture some details to make sure they can deliver you great service.
