You can renew, pause or cancel your Pay as you go Plus plan using the My Vodafone app
Renew your Pay as you go Plus plan
To renew your plan, you’ll need to turn on Auto-Renew:
- Open the My Vodafone app
- Choose Manage plan from the dashboard screen
- Scroll down and use the toggle to switch on Auto-Renew
You’ll need a registered payment card for Auto-Renew to work.
Your Pay as you go Plus plan will automatically renew every 30 days using your registered payment card.
If your plan has expired, you can add a new plan in the My Vodafone app
Pause your Pay as you go Plus plan
It’s easy to pause your Pay as you go Plus plan.
To pause, you’ll need to switch off Auto-Renew:
- Open the My Vodafone app
- Choose Manage plan from the dashboard screen
- Scroll down and use the toggle to switch off Auto-Renew
Once you’ve switched off Auto-Renew, your plan will stop at the end of your current 30-day period. At this point, you'll only be able to receive incoming calls and texts and make emergency calls. You’ll also lose access to some VeryMe Rewards.
We’ll keep your number on our network for 180 days. After this you’ll be disconnected.
It’s easy to restart your plan any time before then – just switch Auto-Renew back on.
