How do I setup Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on my OnePortal account?

To set up MFA, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to OnePortal with your Vodafone username and password.
  2. Once logged in, you’ll be asked to confirm your email to receive a one-time access code (OTAC) every time you log in. You’ll be able to skip setting up MFA a limited number of times before it becomes mandatory.
  3. If you have any issues with setting up MFA, contact your service desk.
