How does the WiFi Guarantee work?

With our Pro and Pro II plans, you’ll receive a WiFi Guarantee.  

If you’re having connection issues, we’ll send you a WiFi Booster which should improve the connection throughout your home. We’ll send an extra two WiFi Boosters for any areas you’re still struggling to connect in. 

If you’re still not able to connect properly, we’ll let you leave your contract for free. This is part of your WiFi Guarantee. See our terms and conditions to find out more.
