I’m having problems with my phone battery

If you think your battery needs replacing, our Battery Refresh service offers battery health checks and replacements. Battery Refresh is included in all Vodafone EVO phone plans for up to three years.

How do I use Battery Refresh?

  1. Log in or register for the My Vodafone app
  2. Go to Assistance   
  3. Choose Battery Refresh tool 
  4. Our tool will run a battery health check for your device 
  5. If our health check shows that your battery needs replacing, book an appointment with our Tech Team

If you’re covered by Battery Refresh, we’ll arrange for your battery to be replaced free of charge. Your phone will be sent to one of our repair centres – we’ll aim to get it back to you within five working days. Make sure your phone is free from cracks – we can’t replace the battery if the screen is damaged.  

If you don’t have Battery Refresh included because you’re not on Vodafone EVO, a replacement fee will apply.
