We’ll only send you a trade-in pack if you chose to use a DPD returns pack.
DPD returns pack – it can take up to seven days for your pack to arrive. We’ll send it with your new phone or SIM card if you’re getting one.
DPD self-print label – if you chose to print off the label, we’ll email it to you so check your Spam or Junk folders.
Drop off at store – you don’t need a pack, just take your phone into your nearest store.
If you don’t receive your DPD returns pack or self-print label, let us know and we’ll send you another one.
