You’ll receive the trade-in value at the time plus a £50 bonus. Values decrease over time so trade in earlier for a better price.
How will I be paid for the trade-in?
When you trade in and upgrade with us, you’ll get your value as a monthly saving on your Airtime Plan or as credit on your Vodafone account.
If you have account credit, this will go towards anything that’s billed to your Vodafone account. You can also use it towards your Device Plan by calling us on 191 free from your Vodafone mobile.
Will I still need to pay off the rest of my Phone plan?
If the device you’re trading in still has an amount left to pay on its Device Plan, you’ll either need to:
- Pay off the remaining amount
- Pay for your existing Device Plan along with your new Device Plan
